These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GoGoHype ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of gogohype.com and the GoGoHype application (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting an invite or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you sign up on behalf of an agency, company or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Enable multi-factor authentication where offered. Notify us immediately at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorised access.
The workspace owner (Tenant Owner) controls billing, workspaces and team membership. Admins and other roles act with permissions granted by the owner.
You agree not to use the Service to publish or store content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
You agree not to send unsolicited bulk messages, run inauthentic engagement schemes, manipulate metrics, scrape the platforms we integrate with, reverse-engineer the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls or access controls.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you schedule complies with the terms of every social platform it is published to.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to GoGoHype. To operate the Service we need a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit and display your content for the purpose of running the Service for you. Including transmitting it to the social platforms you choose to publish to and generating previews / analytics.
This licence ends when you delete the content (subject to short technical retention in encrypted backups) or terminate your account.
GoGoHype publishes to and reads from third-party social platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads). Your use of each platform through GoGoHype is also governed by that platform’s own terms (for example the Pinterest API Terms of Service and Developer Policies).
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, content review decisions, rate-limit changes, account suspensions or feature removals on those platforms. You are responsible for keeping the connected accounts compliant with each platform’s terms.
For Pinterest specifically: by connecting a Pinterest account you confirm you are authorised to publish on it and agree to comply with the Pinterest API Terms, Pinterest Developer Guidelines and the Pinterest Community Guidelines for any content you publish through GoGoHype.
AI-generated suggestions (captions, ideas, hashtags) are provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing and for the final content. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality or fitness for any purpose of AI output.
We do not use your private workspace content or your connected social-account data to train AI models. Aggregate, non-personal usage data may be used to improve the Service.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Pricing, plan limits and current features are displayed in-app and on the pricing page. Taxes apply where required.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring fees. Failed payments may downgrade or temporarily lock the workspace as described in-app.
You can cancel at any time from inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Enterprise plans are sold by request and governed by the quote and any separate order form we both sign.
Features marked as beta, preview or "coming soon" are provided as-is, may change or be removed without notice, and are excluded from the SLA and refund commitments above.
The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by GoGoHype or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the limited right to use the Service.
Feedback you send us about the Service may be used by us without obligation.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to that processing.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your use poses a security risk to other customers or to the social platforms we integrate with, or if required by law. We will give reasonable notice where practical.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Deletion timing and retention follow the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data transmitted to third-party social platforms will be accepted, published or remain available there.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGoHype will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid anything, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend and indemnify GoGoHype against third-party claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or any social platform’s terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the GoGoHype legal entity is registered, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before formal proceedings the parties will attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Where required by applicable consumer law, your statutory rights and the right to file claims in your local courts are unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor in connection with a reorganisation, merger or sale.
